Email doesnt work, keeps resetting and loosing all info

I got this app so I could track my daughters hearing issues with her audiologist. I wanted to be able to email all her test results. I have purchased the pro edition, and continue to be kicked out of the app every time I try to use the email, it also resets everything. All my daughters test score are gone. I was going to recommend this app to the school I work for but I think its a joke. Not to mention the wont respond to my emails for support.
